Internet access increase
Latest figures from National Statistics (http://www.statistics.gov.uk) show the number of adults using the internet has grown again with 29 million accessing the internet in the last three months from October 2005.
Of the adults who had accessed the Internet in the three months prior to interview, 61 per cent had bought or ordered goods, tickets or services with 92 per cent having used a search engine to find information and 78 per cent sending an e-mail.
